The CW on Thursday morning turned the fourth broadcast community to unveil its schedule for the Fall TV season, after NBC, ABC and CBS (still waiting, Fox!) — and a number of other veteran collection are nowhere to be discovered.
♦ Veterans The Flash, Nancy Drew, Riverdale (returning for its farewell run) and Superman & Lois are being held for midseason, together with new DC entry Gotham Knights. Of their place will probably be a plethora of worldwide acquisitions, together with the beforehand introduced motion collection Professionals (starring Smallville‘s Tom Welling and Doom Patrol‘s Brendan Fraser) and Canadian authorized drama Family Law (starring Legends of Tomorrow‘s Victor Garber and Firefly‘s Jewel Staite).
♦ DC’s Stargirl, which has sometimes aired in the summertime, will bow Wednesdays this fall, the place it’s paired with fellow third-season drama Kung Fu.
♦ Supernatural prequel The Winchesters has landed the Tuesday lead-off spot, whereas Walker spinoff Walker Independence will probably be paired with the mothership on Thursdays.
